Your first month costs $99. It is not a free trial and not a deposit. It is the full price of your first month of operation.
Load your whole fleet. The more complete it is, the better the AI calibrates to your operation.
From month 2, your plan is assigned by how many trucks you run. One truck occupies one seat. You don't pick a plan or answer a questionnaire.
Annual is ten months. Run twelve months, pay for ten. Starter is the minimum. Even if you finish your first month with fewer than 5 seats, your plan is Starter.
Need more than 35 seats? Write to support@tiriel.ai and we'll build a plan for you.
Same dispatcher. Same hours. Different math.
See what 90 days looks like →A seat is one truck dispatched under a USDOT number. Each unit you add occupies a seat, from the moment you add it until you archive or delete it, whether or not it runs that month.
Each unit is identified by its USDOT number together with its VIN. If you register the same truck twice, it occupies a single seat. If a carrier operates several trucks under one USDOT number, each truck occupies its own seat.
A seat measures dispatch capacity, not people. Swap drivers on a truck as often as you need; your seat count and your bill do not move.
Use Replace unit on that unit's profile. The previous truck is archived and the new one added in a single step, with no change to your seat count or your plan.
Tiriel does not charge by owner-operator, by driver, by carrier, or by load. An owner-operator running three trucks occupies three seats, because you are dispatching three vehicles.
Seven days before your first charge we count your seats and assign the matching plan. The system determines it from the units on your account.
That same day we send you an email and an in-app notification with your occupied seats, the plan that applies, the exact amount, the exact date of the charge, and a link to cancel, remove units, or request a lower plan. One click, no support call.
If you archive units and drop to a lower plan before the charge, you're charged the lower plan. We never charge more than the notice says without your confirmation.
| Action | What it does | Seat |
|---|---|---|
| Pause | Agents stop calling and searching loads for that unit. For day-to-day changes, a truck out of service for the weekend. | Stays occupied |
| Archive | Removes it from your operation. Keeps the record, documents, and history. For units you no longer work with. | Freed |
| Delete | Removes it from your account and deletes the record. | Freed |
Archived units live in their own section. If you work together again, reactivate without re-entering their information.
When all your seats are occupied and you want to add or reactivate another unit, we show you the next plan, its price, and the exact amount that would be charged. Nothing is charged and nothing changes until you confirm. If you'd rather not change plans, you can archive another unit to free a seat.
If during your first 30 days the system did not generate a single viable load reaching READY status (a load ready for your approval) for any of your trucks, and your account was properly set up, we refund your $99 in full. Conditions are in the Billing, Pricing & Refund Policy, section 4.1.
Full access for 30 days, unlimited trucks, assisted onboarding. From month 2, your plan comes from your seat count, with the exact amount and date notified seven days ahead.
